Certified Mail, Tracked and Documented
Once your NTO is prepared, we handle certified mailing and documentation. You receive a copy of the letter the same or next business day. A tracking number is provided the same or next business day. Your NTO is sent out within 2 to 3 business days. Proof of Delivery is provided once the mail is delivered.

Filing Too Late

Wrong Owner Address
Send to the address in the Notice of Commencement, not the job site. One wrong address can void the entire filing.
No Certified Mail
Regular mail, email, and texts are not valid. Florida requires certified mail with proof of delivery.
Forgetting the GC
You must serve both the property owner and the general contractor. Serving only one can invalidate the NTO.
